Welcome
Do you want to host a World Café? How to start and where to start are two common questions many people have. This workshop is dedicated to those who are interested in hosting their first World Café and aims to make the process easier for you.
It includes Shirley Lam's first 30 World Cafe experiences, insights, tips on designing the space, crafting meaningful questions, fostering a participatory environment, and harvesting insights.
By the end of the workshop, you will leave with an event plan for your first World Café and a peer network to support you on your journey.

💰 Fee
- HKD $380 / person (early bird), $450 (standard)
- This fee will cover the workshop materials, light lunch and a starter kit.

- Maximum 7 participants. First come, first served.

🌟 Pre-requisite
- has joined at least one World Cafe event hosted by Shirley, or by other hosts before June 28th
- If you have only experienced World Cafe by other hosts, please specify in the sign-up form. I would love to hear more of it :)

About World Cafe CAT
World Cafe CAT is a community-focused initiative that facilitates group discussions in local cafes and spaces, inspired by the World Cafe method.
Using timed, guided small group discussions followed by a Harvest session, diverse participants can explore a topic by sharing and listening to each other's thoughts, ultimately forming collective wisdom. A typical World Cafe involves 12 or more people and can be applied to a wide range of topics.
